Substance Use

Hey, being a human is challenging, and for some, coping came with habits that seemed necessary for survival. If these habits are bothering you, we can talk about them. I got you, and I get you. If alcohol or substances are getting in the way of the life you want, there is compassionate, nonjudgmental help. We'll explore patterns, triggers, and supports at your pace.

Together we'll use CBT, motivational interviewing, and harm-reduction or abstinence-based strategies whichever fits your goals to support sustainable change. Think of this as a journey not a destination.
