Depression

Everyone has times when they may struggle. It is the normal human experience to sometimes get down about a situation or relationship. Sometimes, though, it gets harder to pick yourself up and keep going. Depression can feel heavy and isolating. We'll work together to understand your story, gently increase activity and meaning, and build routines that support energy, sleep, and motivation. 

Using CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-focused care, we'll challenge stuck thoughts, reconnect with what matters, and create small, doable steps toward relief and hope.
