Anxiety

One of the most uncomfortable things to experience is anxiety, or even worse, anxiety over having anxiety! Ugh... Racing thoughts, restlessness, and constant worry can make daily life feel exhausting. Together, we'll slow down, understand your patterns, and build skills to manage uncertainty and calm your nervous system. We can build skills to help you ground and learn to live in the moment together. 

My approach blends CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to challenge unhelpful thoughts, reduce physical symptoms of anxiety, and increase your sense of control. We'll practice tools you can use between sessions.
